LAHORE: Young and agile swimmers continued to learn the modern swimming skills on the third day of Sports Board Punjab’s Swimming Training and Coaching Camp at State of the Art Punjab International Swimming Complex here on Tuesday.
Top class swimming experts supervised the camp proceedings at State of the Art Punjab International Swimming Complex.
Secretary Sports Punjab Muhammad Aamir Jan, in a statement on Tuesday, said the high-profile Swimming Training and Coaching Camp for Beginners is a golden opportunity for young local male and female swimmers. “They must avail this facility fully to improve their swimming skills,” he stressed.
Secretary Sports Punjab Aamir Jan further said that top class swimming experts are imparting best training to aspiring swimmers at camp. “Definitely, it’s matter of pride that our young swimmers are getting top class training at a world level swimming venue”.
He said Pakistan has plenty of swimming talent and the Swimming Training and Coaching Camp will certainly help to a great extent in further nurturing raw swimming talent. “We are quite hopeful that top level training camps at Punjab International Swimming Complex will help Pakistan in producing world class swimmers in future,” he elaborated.
Secretary Sports Punjab Aamir Jan said it’s big achievement for Sports Board Punjab to have one of the best swimming pools in Nishtar Park Sports Complex. “It’s a great initiative of Punjab govt to build State of the Art Punjab International Swimming Complex in the hub of the city. It’s definitely a gift for all the swimmers of Punjab province”, he stated.
