The Final of 3rd PPL One-Day Blind Cricket Super Leahue 2020 was played on Saturday at Karachi.
In the morning, Balochistan won the toss and opted to bat first. Badar Muneer and Ayoub Khan opened the innings for Balochistan. Balochistan made a brisk start and scored 67 runs in first 6 overs. After 7th over Sindh bowled well and didn’t allow Balochistan Batsmen to play freely till 25th over. But the class of Badar Munir spoke for itself, he cut loose in the middle overs of the innings and took calculated risks. His masterblaster innings of 222 runs off 125 balls with the help of 31 boundaries helped Balochistan to score 389 runs for the loss of 8 wickets in allotted 40 overs. Ayoub Khan supported Badar by scoring 30, they together made 108 runs for 1st wicket partnership. For Sindh Saqib and Naeem Ullah took 2 wickets each.
Sindh started chase swiftly, Nisar Ali and Sanaullah made the good use of fielding restriction overs and played freely. Till the 13th over, the game was in the favour of Sindh but couple of tight overs changed the things.
Required 22 in last 2 overs then 9 runs in the last over with 2 wickets in hand, Balochistan was right in the hunt, but Gulsher, the young rising star played superb and momoable inning of unbeaten 81 off 50 balls featuring 11 boundaries. Nisar Ali made 90 off 57 ballls while Naeem Ullah made unbeaten 52 runs off 46 balls. Shafi Ullah took 3 wickets while Sajid fetched 2 wickets.

Mr. Khalid Raza, Deputy Managing Director, Pakistan Petroleum Ltd., Air Vice Marshal Abbas Ghuman, (SI (M), T Bt.) AOC Sothern Air Command, Syed Sultan Shah, Chairman Pakistan Blind Cricket Council, Air Commodor Aftab Alam, Base Commander PAF Base Faisal were the guests and distributed prizes amongst the players.
