Alia Riaz missing her teammates during lock down

Wah Cantt:Alia Riaz is one of the few senior players in Pakistan women cricket team, she started her career in 2014 and due to lockdown these days she is spending time with her family in Wah Cantt.

Alia Riaz says that I am missing the cricket ground and my teammates the most these days. I pray that this epidemic will be eradicated soon and sports activities will be restored.
“I also miss my teammates a lot and talk to them on video every day,” she said.

Alia Riaz said that this lockdown has given her the opportunity to spend time with her family after a long time. While staying at home, I prepare my own breakfast. Now that Ramadan has started, I I will help my mother and sister in Iftar, I will make my own fruit lick for Iftar.

The all-rounder said that on a daily basis I work out in the basement of my house to maintain my fitness and then in the afternoon I play cricket on the roof of the house with my sister and brother.

Alia Riaz says that in this difficult time, try to stay at home as much as possible, spend time with your family and enjoy the precautions to be taken by the medical experts and the government. Practice, wear a mask, use a hand sanitizer.
