The Spanish citizen set a world record by cycling 297 hours

The owner of a restaurant in Spain set a world record by riding a stationary bicycle used for 297 hours of continuous exercise.

On the occasion of World Environment Day, Ben Miles surprised everyone by riding a stationary bike (commonly used when exercising) for 297 consecutive hours.
Ben Miles says he wants to spread environmental awareness so he set a world record by riding a static bicycle at a speed of 12 meters per hour.
He said it took him 12 days and 9 hours to set the record, during which time he would take a 20-minute break every 5 hours to change his clothes or get some rest.
