London:Prominent West Indies fast bowler Michael Holding cried while talking about racial prejudice.During a match between England and the West Indies in Southampton, he expressed his feelings about racial prejudice when Michael Holding mentioned his parents.
He said that in the past also black citizens were targeted and now this era is coming back.
He said that he was very saddened by the racial prejudice, his mother’s family had stopped visiting him because his father was black.
The former fast bowler said that black lives matter is a long journey but he hopes that this journey will continue in the right direction.
It should be noted that after the recent killing of black citizen George Floyd by the police in the United States, voices against racism have started to be raised all over the world once again.
