Before the start of the Test series against England, the pair of Pakistani fast bowlers Naseem Shah and Mohammad Abbas have sounded the alarm for the host team by showing their form in the warm-up match.
After a period of isolation in England, the Pakistani squad played a warm-up match at the Ankura County Ground in Derby in which the bowlers proved their form.
In the warm-up match, one team was led by Azhar Ali and the other by Babar Azam.
In front of Naseem Shah’s brilliant bowling, Babar Azam did not run a single and returned to the pavilion after scoring only 12 runs.
The 17-year-old fast bowler, who is considered the star of the future, bowled fast on a slow pitch despite a short run-up but had to wait until the lunch break to be rewarded for his excellent bowling.
Naseem Shah of Team Green took 5 wickets, Abbas 3 wickets and Yasir Shah 2 wickets
