Lahore:The Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) has reimbursed more than 27 million rupees to spectators who missed the Pakistan Super League (PSL) matches at the stadium.
The first phase of PSL ticket refunds organized by Pakistan Cricket Board started from July 13. In the first phase, tickets for rain-affected Rawalpindi and 5 matches without spectators due to corona virus are being refunded.
The PCB has so far returned 27,539 tickets in one week with a total value of Rs. 27 million, 65,300.
According to the Pakistan Cricket Board, on the first day of PSL ticket refunds from Rs 10 million, on the second day Rs 55 lakh, on the third day Rs 43 lakh 88 thousand, on the fourth day Rs 32 lakh 61 thousand, on the fifth day Rs 22 lakh 66 thousand and on the sixth day Rs 16 lakh 34 thousand The extra money was returned to the fans.
According to the PCB, the first phase of ticket refund will continue till August 5, then in the second phase starting from August 6, the final tickets will be refunded.
