Scrutiny of football teams from all districts of Sindh started

Karachi:The process of scrutiny of football teams from all districts of Sindh has been started. The normalization committee will look into all the complaints on merit.

This was stated by Khawaja Obaid Ilyas, Chairman, Sindh Football Association normalization committee while addressing an online meeting.

The meeting reviewed the data forms submitted by districts and clubs after the May 30 and June 10 deadlines.

Secretary Dost Mohammad Danish presented the full report and in the light of this, the committee formulated its future course of action and approved to send its recommendations to the federation to ensure transparent and fair elections.

The report was submitted to the committee that many complaints were received from all over Sindh that some districts have made their favorite people officials without the consent of the clubs, some clubs do not even exist but have been submitted by creating fake profiles. ۔

It was decided that all the clubs would be re-examined and if necessary, the general body of each club would be called and the officials would be appointed.

It was further stated that the coordinators nominated by the federation in each district would be responsible for scrutiny in their district, redressal of grievances, appointment of club officials and issuance of final voter list.

Explaining further, Chairman Khawaja Obaid Ilyas said that this time the elections will be a separate election in the history of football in which the powers and procedures given to the normalization committee in accordance with the rules of FIFA will be used.
