Ronaldo became the second footballer in the world to receive the award, with legendary Iranian footballer Ali Daei leading the way with 109 goals.
Sweden’s defensive line also failed to stop Ronaldo in the second half. Ronaldo scored another goal in the 72nd minute.
Portugal won the match 2-0 against Sweden.
Ronaldo needs 9 more goals to break the record for most goals, Ali Daei of Iran had scored 109 goals in 149 matches.
