Karachi: Four more matches have been decided in Al-Saghir Seven A Side Super Hockey League here in Siddique memon Sports Complex Gulshan-e-Iqbal Karachi, Arif Ashraf, Sirajuddin and Ittetqa Hassan Zaidi7ers teams have won their matches, Shams Uzzaman and Matloob Baig have drawn. On the second day of the league, Pakistan Youth Olympic team coach Mohammad Ali Khan was the special guest.
In the first match played on the second day of the ongoing league at Siddique Memon Sports Complex, Gulistan Scouts Center, Gulshan-e-Iqbal, Arif Ashraf 7ers defeated Jahangir Khan 7ers by 3-1. Shizab Hussain Scored two and numan khan netted one and opponent team’s forward Saad Zaheer scored the only goal of the losing team. In the second match, Sirajuddin defeated Qadeer Ahmed by 5-2. Junaid Khan and Asad Jafari scored two goals each while Wasif Nomair scored one goal. Umeer Asad and Ali Tabi netted one goal each.
In the third match, Itteqa Hassan Zaidi defeated Azeem Khan by 6-5 in an interesting and thrilling match. Winner team forward Anas Siddiqui scored two goals, Salman Chaudhry, Hammad Rao, Sohail Anwar and Huzaifa scored one goal each. And others side Arif Hanif scored two goals, Taha Raza, Sameer Saleem and Faraz Ali scored one goal each. The fourth and final match, which was played between Shams Uz zaman and the matloob Baig 7ers teams ended in a 3-3 draw. On behalf of Shams uz zaman, Zulfiqar Ali scored twice and Shaheer once in the ball while rival Samiullah Junaid Aslam scored two and one goal.
In these matches Muhammad Asghar, Nadeem Saeed, Fahad Ali Khan, Sibtain Raza, Akhlaq Bukhari acted as umpires, Haji Younis Siddiqui, Nusrat Hussain, Asad Zaheer, Muzammil Hussain, Mohsin Ali Khan and Tariq Khan supervised the matches.
