Secretary Pakistan Hockey Federation Olympian Asif Bajwa called on Federal Minister for Railways Azam Swati

ISLAMABAD: Secretary Pakistan Hockey Federation Olympian Asif Bajwa called on Federal Minister for Railways Azam Swati. National team head coach Olympian Khawaja Junaid was also present on the occasion. PHF Secretary Olympian Asif Bajwa also presented a souvenir to Federal Prime Minister Swati.

During the meeting, Federal Prime Minister Swati said that the Ministry of Railways would play its full role in the development and promotion of the national game. Various sports fields are lying vacant across the country. Every possible practical step will be taken to increase the trend of sports among the children. Steps will have to be taken to bring back the playing field to the young generation. We will fully support F. Railway hockey team players will be part of the national team in the future to make Pakistan famous in the world. PHF Secretary Olympian Asif Bajwa said that Federal Minister Railways Azam Swati’s positive and practical thinking for a better future of the national game is no less than a boon for the future of the national game. We thank the Federal Minister for assuring the full support of the HF. Later, PHF Secretary Olympian Asif Bajwa also presented a souvenir to the Federal Prime Minister Swati.
