PESHAWAE: Principal Government College Peshawar Professor Dr. Taj ud din Tajur and Director Sports Hasan Khan has said that Government College is a hotbed of talented students.This institution has given the society competent and highly educated generation in various fields. In the field of sports, many talented players have been produced there, including cricket, athletics, football, hockey and volleyball.
Who have given a positive identity to Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and Pakistan in their sports.
Recently, Salah ud din, a student of the same college, has made a place in the Pakistan Education Board(PEB) Hockey team and is on a tour of Malaysia.We are proud of them and surely it is a great honor for the Government College Peshawar.
While talking to the media, Principal Dr. Taj ud din Tajur and Hasan Khan said that Salah ud din is a first year student of Government College Peshawar who is basically from Chitral district.
He started playing hockey with Civil Quarter Club and since he entered college we have worked hard to improve his game.
He said that Salah ud din is a very talented young man who has all the potential to grow. Inshallah, he will demonstrate his abilities in giving Pakistan a prominent position in the ongoing hockey championship in Malaysia.
Hasan Khan said that Principal Dr. Taj ud din Tajur has a great attachment to sports and under his full patronage, he is promoting sports and training students in various sports in the form of team work along with fellow directors Sports Zafar Iabal and Abdul Rashid Anwar in Government College Peshawsr.
