LAHORE (August 29, 2022): Punjab Minister for Sports and Youth Affairs Malik Taimoor Masood and Director General Sports Punjab Mohammad Tariq Qureshi have expressed deep grief and sorrow on the death of Pakistan‘s hockey legend Olympian Manzoor Junior.
Punjab Minister for Sports and Youth Affairs Malik Taimoor Masood lauded the services of late Olympian Manzoor Junior, who was the captain of Olympic Gold Medal Winning national hockey team in 1984 in Los Angeles, for national hockey. In his condolence message on Monday, Punjab Minister for Sports and Youth Affairs expressed his deep sympathies with the members of the bereaved family and prayed to Allah Almighty to grant them courage to bear this irreparable loss with equanimity.
