National Games: Army Archers Dominate Individual Archery Events with Maximum Points!
Quetta , In an impressive display of skill, Army archers have emerged as the frontrunners in the ongoing archery competition at Beuitum Sports Complex, held as part of the National Games. The male athletes from Army, WAPDA, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Higher Education Commission, and Navy have secured prominent positions in the individual competitions.
Leading the pack is Mohammad Tayyab of Pakistan Army, who secured the top spot with a remarkable score of 583 points. Not far behind, Nouman of WAPDA clinched the third position with an impressive 580 points, while Asrarul Haque of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa secured the seventh spot with a commendable score of 559 points.
A total of 37 archers hailing from various departments, including Army, WAPDA, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Sindh, Navy, Higher Education, Police, Punjab, and Gilgit-Baltistan, participated in the individual events. The archers fiercely competed by shooting 72 arrows individually within a span of one and a half hours.
