Pak Army leading the Medals Table with 140 Golds; Wapda at No. 2 with 75 Gold
Quetta: Showing continued dominance and maintaining its supremacy in the ongoing 34th National Games in Quetta, the Pakistan Army has won 140 gold medals so far,
to make it to the top of the medals table of the Games.
Pakistan WAPDA is second with 75 gold, while Pakistan Navy is in third position with 28 gold medals.
Overall,
Army has won a total of 286 medals including 140 gold, 100 silver and 46 bronze medals in the 34th National Games followed by Pakistan Wapda with 75 gold, 65 silver and 59 bronze medals (a total of 199) while the Navy has 28 gold, 30 silver and 46 bronze medals. It is in the third position by getting a total of 104 medals.
On the points table, Pakistan Air Force is fourth with 7 gold, 20 silver and 31 bronze (a total of 58), Higher Education Commission (HEC) is fifth with 6 gold, 13 silver and 68 bronze (a total of 87). Khyber Pakhtunkhwa is sixth with 4 gold, 5 silver and 32 bronze (total 41), Sindh is seventh with 3 gold, 9 silver and 18 bronze medals, (total 30) Punjab is eighth with 3 gold, 7 silver and 34 bronze (total 44), Pakistan Railways is ninth and has 2 gold, 6 silver and 21 bronze (total 29).
Balochistan is tenth with 1 gold, 11 silver and 27 bronze (total 39), Pakistan Police is eleventh with 1 gold and 9 bronze (total 10), and Islamabad is in twelfth position with 6 bronze medals in National Games, However, Gilgit-Baltistan and Azad Kashmir have not won any medal so far.
