Habib Girls School wins Netball Girls O&A Levels titles

* CAS School was successful in Badminton Girls and Boys Olives while Alpha College was successful in A Levels*

KARACHI: Netball, badminton, basketball and tug-of-war competitions in the 7th Student Olympic Games held in various sports complexes of Karachi have concluded, the titles of Badminton O Levels Girls and Boys held at KMC Sports Complex. CAS School won, Beacon House School second and The City School Gulshan Campus third A Levels Girls and Boys titles went to Alpha College, The City School Gulshan Campus second and Cedar College won the third position.

Basketball competitions were also held at the KMC Sports Complex, where in Girls O Levels Alpha High School bagged 1st position, CAS School 2nd and Graceful School 3rd position, in Boys O Levels. St. Patrick’s School won the first position, Cedar School won the second position and CAS School won the third position. In the Girls A Levels competitions, Alpha College won the first position, Cedar College Gold won the second position and Cedar College Blue won the third position. In the interesting battle of Boys A Levels Wells College won the honor of becoming the champion by defeating Cedar College Blue. Secretary of Asian Rookball Federation Uma Laila and Major Yawar were the special guests

The netball competition was held at the Pakistan Sports Board Karachi Center where Habib Girls School won the final of Girls O Levels, High Brow School finished second while the team of Habib Girls School Green finished third. In Girls A Levels Habib Girls School also emerged victorious, High Brow College Green was second and High Brow College Blue was third.

The tug-of-war competition was held at the KMC Sports Complex. In the junior girls event, The City School Gulshan Campus won the first position, Beacon Light Academy won the second position and Graceful School won the third position. In the boys junior event, The Academy won the first position and Graceful School won the second position. In Girls O Levels, The City School Gulshan Campus won the first position and Wahaj Hussain School System got the second position. In the exciting competition of Boys A Levels, Wells College won first place, High Brow College won second place and The City School Gilshan Campus won third place. In the Girls A Levels event, HI Osmania College won the first position, Wells College won the second position and High Brow College won the third position.
