First Pak-Afghan Target Ball Championship 2023 begins
ISLAMABAD,; The inaugural Pak-Afghan Target Ball Championship 2023 started with a grand opening ceremony of Pakistan Sports Board at Liaquat Gymnasium Islamabad. Distinguished guests, sports fans, and athletes from Pakistan and Afghanistan were present on this historic occasion.
The chief guest of the opening ceremony of the Pak-Afghan Target Ball Championship was Miss Sadia Ahmed, a lawyer and a young parliamentary associate in the Senate of Pakistan. On this occasion, Assistant Director of Facilities of Pakistan Sports Board Muhammad Ashraf and Director of Hostels Mr.
Fida Khan were present. The Chief Guest Miss Sadia Ahmed in her speech thanked the Director General of Pakistan Sports Board and senior officials for their excellent coordination efforts.
What led to the championship opening ceremony. He stressed on the organization of such sports events to enhance Pakistan’s international image and attract the attention of global athletes.
He said that such sports events provide an opportunity to the players to showcase their skills. Miss Sadia Ahmed urged the government of Pakistan, private organizations, sports houses like Serena and Marriott hotels to sponsor such games. He added that sports competitions have immense benefits for physical and mental health.

sensational competition, Pakistan target ball team defeated the Afghan team with a score of 38 to 18. Reyhan
