HABIB SCHOOL, CITY PAF, KGS & ELITE WINS PNF NETBALL CUP 2023.

Karachi: 13th October 2023:

 

Habib Girls School, City School PAF, Karachi Grammar School & Elite Netball Academy respectively won the U-13, U-17, U-19 & Open Women Category titles of the PNF Netball Cup 2023 which is organized by Pakistan Netball Federation with the collaboration of Pakistan Sports Board. This event was held at PSB Coaching Centre, Karachi from 9th to 12th October 2023.

The Final match (U-13) was played between Habib Girls School & Karachi Grammar School. The Habib School won the match by 3-2 goals and was declared the champion, while the Trinity Girls School secured 3rd Position.

The Final match (U-15) was played between Habib Girls School & Karachi Grammar School. The Habib School won the match by 9-8 goals and was declared the champion.

The Final match (U-17) was played between City School PAF & Karachi Grammar School. The City School PAF won the match 10-8 goals and was declared the champion, while the St. Joseph Girls College secured 3rd Position.

The Final match (U-19) was played between Karachi Grammar School (Green) & Karachi Grammar School (White. Karachi Grammar School (Green) won the match by 7-4 goals and was declared the champion, while the Habib Girls School secured 3rd Position.

The Final Match Open Women Category was played between Elite Netball Academy and IOBM University. The Elite Netball Academy won the match by 23-28 goals and was declared the champion, while the 3rd Position was secured by the Elite Netball Academy.

The Final Match Open Boys Category was played between IOMB University and Whales College. The IOMB University won the match by 15-12 goals and was declared the champion.

Mr. Mudassar Arain, President of the Pakistan Netball Federation was the Chief Guest at the closing ceremony and distributed the Trophies, Medals, Certificates, and prizes among the players & teams. On this occasion, Syed Gohar Raza, Muhammad Riaz, Muhammad Shoail, and other dignities were also present. Mudassir Arain said that they are providing all possible training to the players for success in international-level competitions.

The technical officials namely Anwar Ahmed, Yasir, Adnan Ghouri, Samad Masood, Shazia Yusuf, Quratul Ain, Qudsia Raja, Karim Bano, Maheen Aleem, Nisha Sultan, Fatima Ansari, Yumna Malik, Dure Najaf, Nazakat Khan, Arbaz Malik, Uzma Waqar.
