The Higher Education (HEC) Commission got women’s title
Khyber Pakhtunkhwa won the men’s title in the National Throwball Championship
ISLAMABAD (Nawaz Gohar ) Khyber Pakhtunkhwa has won the men’s title while Higher Education Commission got women’s title in the National Throwball Championship.
Governor, Gilgit-Baltistan Syed Mehdi Shah was the chief guest of the closing ceremony of the championship. On this occasion, Director General, Pakistan Sports Board, Shoaib Khosa,
President, Pakistan Throwball Federation (Women Wing), Faiza Amir, Secretary General, Maqbool Arain, Secretary General, Pakistan Rookball Federation, Ummah Laila and a large number of peoples were also present on the occasion.
In the men’s final;
Khyber Pakhtunkhwa won the title by defeating Sindh by 0-2, while in the third place match, Kelligan beat Punjab by 0-2. In the women’s final, Higher Education Commission won the title by defeating Sindh by 0-2 sets, while in the third place match, Kelligan defeated Mixer College Karachi by 0-2 sets.
