In the thirteenth match of HBL Pakistan Super League 9, Peshawar Zalmi defeated Islamabad United by 8 runs.
In the match played at the Gaddafi Stadium in Lahore, Islamabad United captain Shadab Khan won the toss and invited Peshawar Zalmi to bat first.

Peshawar Zalmi scored 201 runs for the loss of 5 wickets in the allotted 20 overs while playing first.
Zalmi captain Babar Azam remained unbeaten by scoring 111 runs, Babar Azam’s 63-ball innings included 2 sixes and 14 fours.

Apart from them, Saeem Ayub scored 38 runs and Paul Walter scored 19 runs, Asif Ali scored 17 runs and remained not out. On behalf of Islamabad United, Shadab Khan took 2 wickets, Aghasalman and Naseem Shah took one wicket each.
