Karachi: In the 26th match of PSL 9, Karachi Kings defeated Lahore Qalandars by 3 wickets.
Karachi Kings achieved the target of 178 runs on the last ball of the match.
In the match played at National Stadium in Karachi, Karachi Kings captain Shan Masood won the toss and invited Lahore Qalandars to bat first.
Playing first, Lahore Qalandars scored 177 runs for the loss of 5 wickets in the allotted 20 overs, in response Karachi Kings achieved the target on the last ball for the loss of 7 wickets.
On behalf of Lahore Qalandars, Abdullah Shafiq played an innings of 55 runs and Fakhar Zaman 54 runs. Shai Hope 9, Mirza Baig 4 and Shaheen Shah Afridi scored 1 run, David Wesa 24 and Iskandar Raza remained not out with 22 runs. On behalf of Karachi Kings, Zahid Mehmood dismissed 2 players, Anwar Ali and Blessing Moza Rabbani took one wicket each.
