Pakistan Skating Stars Inaugurates Mini Sports Complex with Grand Ceremony
In a dazzling display of athleticism and community spirit, Pakistan Skating Stars hosted the grand opening ceremony of their Mini Sports Complex on April 27, 2023. The event, graced by esteemed guests, marked a significant milestone in the organization’s mission to promote sports and physical fitness.
Mr. Maqbool Arain, President of Pakistan Student Olympic Association, along with Mr. Azmat Pasha, President of Karachi Student Olympic Association, and Mr. Shariq Siddique, General Secretary of Pakistan Rope Skipping Federation, were among the distinguished chief guests who were warmly welcomed to the ceremony.
Adding to the honor, the presence of the organization’s founder, Mr. Ijlan Haidar, and CEO, Mr. Hamran Safdar, added an extra layer of significance to the occasion.
The highlight of the event was the ribbon-cutting ceremony, symbolizing the official inauguration of the Mini Sports Complex. Spectators were treated to exhilarating skating performances, including speed skating and figure skating displays. Additionally, a thrilling girls’ basketball match showcased the diverse range of sports activities the complex will offer.
With the opening ceremony successfully concluded, Pakistan Skating Stars announced the commencement of regular classes at the complex. Scheduled on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays from 6 to 8 PM, these classes aim to nurture the talents of budding athletes and provide them with a platform to excel in their chosen sport.
Pakistan Skating Stars reiterated their commitment to expanding their team and dedicated efforts towards the holistic development of their students.
