Special Needs Competition Rocked by Alleged Participation Fraud
Hope for an inclusive sporting event in Hayatabad has been tainted by allegations of organizer misconduct. The organizer reportedly attempted to secure a spot for themselves in the competition meant for special needs athletes.
Sources claim the organizer approached Zwar Noor, a special employee of the Provincial Sports Directorate, requesting participation in the competition. While Zwar Noor initially acknowledged the request,
he later denied any involvement, blaming another individual named Ashfaq. This inconsistency raises concerns about transparency and fairness in the event’s organization.
These actions paint a disturbing picture of potential bias against the intended participants – special needs athletes. The competition’s purpose is to celebrate their talents and dedication, not provide a platform for organizers to exploit.
