England defeated Pakistan by 23 runs in the second T20 match

England took a 1-0 lead in the series by defeating Pakistan by 23 runs in the second T20 match thanks to captain Jos Buttler’s brilliant fifty and the excellent performance of the bowlers.
It should be noted that the first T20 match of the series between the two teams was rained out. In the second T20 match of the series played in Birmingham, Pakistan has won the toss and decided to bowl first.
When England started the innings, Buttler along with Phil Salt gave the team a 25-run start, but in the third over of the innings, Imad Wasim came to the bowling and finished Salt’s work on the first ball.
Younger Will Jacques came in and the two put on a fine display and put on a 71-run partnership for the second wicket. Jacks scored 37 runs off 23 balls with the help of 2 sixes and 4 fours, but he failed to understand a slower ball from Haris Rauf and was caught by Shadab at point.
