Pakistan won the Under-18 Central Volleyball Championship by defeating Iran.
In the final of the championship played in Tashkent, the capital of Uzbekistan, Pakistan and Iran were competitors, in the first set of the decisive battle, Pakistan was defeated by the score of 20, 25, but then the Pakistani team made a brilliant comeback and won three sets in a row. Gold medal won.
The scores of Pakistan’s success in the match were 25-20, 18-25, 23-25 and 25-27.
With this victory, Pakistan also qualified for the Asian Under-20 Volleyball Championship, which will start from July 28 in Bahrain.
