Federal Ministry of Education Girls Sports Carnival will start from today.

The Federal Ministry of Education Girls Sports Carnival is starting today from 10 am in Pakistan Sports Complex Islamabad. Last day,
the female students participated in the full dress rehearsal under the supervision of senior sports teachers, on this occasion, Jalal Haider Khan and others were also present.
Under the auspices of the Federal Ministry of Education, more than 4000 female students from across the country, including Azad Kashmir and Gilgit-Baltistan, have reached Islamabad to participate in 7 different sports in Girls Sports Carnival 2024.
The mega event will continue till October 20 at Pakistan Sports Complex Islamabad.
42 teams from across the country are participating in badminton, 36 in table tennis, 27 in athletics, 24 in volleyball, 20 in basketball, 14 in football and 10 in tennis.
Syed Junaid Akhlaq, Senior Joint Secretary and Chairman Federal Board of the Ministry of Education, said that the Girls Sports Carnival organized by the Federal Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education and the Federal
Directorate of Education Islamabad will help bring out the real talent of Pakistan and the nation. Daughters of will get the best opportunity to express their talents.
He said that for the first time in the mega event, girls will have a better environment for competition due to female technical officials.
For which Youth Education and Sports Welfare Society is providing technical support for the mega event. The opening ceremony of the event will be held today on October 18.
