In a remarkable display of golfing excellence, Aadam Syed of Rawalpindi Golf Club has won the prestigious Bahrain Amateur Open Golf Championship, finishing with an impressive score of -13 under par.
This victory has earned him a spot in the DP World Tour and an invitation to the King Hamad Trophy, marking a significant milestone in his burgeoning career.
Aadam Syed, a recent graduate with a master’s degree in sports sciences from the University of Tampa, USA, has set his sights on becoming a professional golfer.
His journey towards this goal has been exceptional, as he secured his professional playing card for the 2025 season at the recent Professional Qualifying School in Pakistan. Adding to his list of accomplishments, Aadam also earned a professional card on the Clutch Tour in the UK for 2025.
Aadam’s stellar performance at the Bahrain Amateur Open, where he finished -13 under par, has solidified his reputation as one of Pakistan’s most promising golfing talents.
His transition from amateur to professional golf is eagerly anticipated, with his first official professional tournament set to be the Garrison Open Golf Championship, scheduled to take place in Lahore from October 30 to November 3, 2024.
