Army Public School Rawalpindi wins Gold Medals in Football, Basketball and Table Tennis

Under the auspices of the Federal Ministry of Education, Girls Sports Carnival 2024 ended successfully, Army Public School Humayun Road Rawalpindi won gold medals in football, basketball and table tennis.
Peshawar Board in Badminton, Mardan Board in Volleyball and Islamabad Model College for Girls F Seven Two Islamabad won gold medals in Tennis, while Peshawar Board won first position overall in Athletics. Miss, Rashida of Peshawar Board was declared the best athlete.
Federal Parliamentary Secretary Farah Nazakbar, Ambassador of Austria H.E.Ms. Andrea Wick, Federal Secretary Education Mohiuddin Wani, Chairman Federal Board Syed Junaid Akhlaq, Chairman HEC, Secretary IBCC and other guests attended the closing ceremony. Prizes were distributed in the ceremony.
In the three-day Girls Sports Carnival organized in collaboration with the Federal Board and FDE, more than 4,000 female students from across the country performed brilliantly in 7 different sports.
Overall in Athletics, Peshawar Board secured first position, FG College Home Economics F XI Islamabad secured second position and APS Humayun Road Rawalpindi secured third position.
In badminton, Peshawar Board won gold, Rawalpindi Board won silver, APS Humayun Road Rawalpindi won bronze, APS Humayun Road Rawalpindi won gold in table tennis,
and Federal Directorate of Education Islamabad won silver while IMCGF Seven to Islamabad won. Bronze in Basketball, Gold by APS Humayun Road Rawalpindi,
Silver by Mardan Board and Bronze by Bahria College Islamabad, Gold by IMCGF Seven Two Islamabad in Tennis, Silver by Federal Directorate of Education and FG College Home Economics F XI won bronze,
in volleyball Mardan Board won gold, Swat Board won silver and IMCGF Seven Two won bronze while in football APS Humayun Road Rawalpindi won gold, Mardan Board won silver and I. CGF Six to Islamabad won bronze medals.
