Champions Trophy reaches Islamabad from Dubai

The International Cricket Council delivered the Champions Trophy from Dubai to Islamabad.
This is the first time that a trophy tour will start without announcing the Champions Trophy schedule, with the ICC announcing the schedule 4 months before the start of the tournament.
The Men’s T20 World Cup 2024 schedule was announced 4 months ago in January, similarly the Men’s ODI World Cup 2023 schedule was announced 3 months ago in June.
The ICC Champions Trophy is scheduled in Pakistan from February 19 to March 9. ICC was to announce the Champions Trophy schedule on November 11 in Lahore.
All India’s matches in Champions Trophy 2024 were to be held in Lahore, but due to India’s refusal, ICC is not able to announce the schedule of the trophy.
According to the ICC schedule, the Champions Trophy Tour is scheduled to start from November 16 and will continue till November 24, while the trophy tour will start from Skardu.
After Skardu the Champions Trophy will be taken to 2 base camps, the trophy tour also covers the cities where the Champions Trophy matches are to be held.
The Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) has rejected the Indian board’s objection to the Champions Trophy route and said that the objection to the inclusion of Azad Kashmir in the International Cricket Council (ICC) trophy tour is illegal.
India refused to come to Pakistan. After that, how can he object to the trophy tour, how can the objection of the country which refuses to come to Pakistan be justified.
The Champions Trophy schedule and tour route is approved by the ICC, and is finalized with the advice and discretion of the ICC. How can ICC itself object after finalizing the route and schedule? The route of the trophy tour is never changed after the final.
The schedule of the trophy tour in Pakistan is from November 16 to 24. The route includes Islamabad, Hunza, Gilgit, Murree and Muzaffarabad. How did India take the 2023 World Cup trophy to the disputed territory of Ladakh?
Sources said that the PCB has always worked with the ICC and commercial partners in the best interest of the game, while the Pakistan Cricket Board is in full communication with the ICC for the trophy tour.
It should be noted that the Indian Cricket Board had objected to the International Cricket Council that the trophy should not be taken to the cities of Skardu, Hunza and Muzaffarabad.
