Pakistani squad for the Test series against the West Indies

Pakistan Cricket Board announces a 15 -member Test squad for a two -Test series against the West Indies. According to the PCB, the squad has made seven changes to the Test series against South Africa.
Test team captain Sean Masood, Babar Azam, vice captain Saud Shakeel, Kamran Ghulam, Khurram Shahzad, Mohammad Rizwan,
Noman Ali and Salman Ali Agha have retained their place. Besides, Mr. Abrar Ahmed has also returned, besides openers Imam -ul -Haq and Mohammad Harra have also been able to return to the national team. Both openers were not included in the squad due to the poor performance of Saim Ayub and Abdullah Shafiq.
Similarly, under the Workload Manage, fast bowlers Mohammad Abbas, Mir Hamza and Naseem Shah have been restored, and the selectors have added Mohammad Ali and Kashif Ali. Fast bowler Kashif Ali has joined the national squad for the first time.
Both Test matches in the ICC World Test Championship will be played in Multan, the first Test will be played from 17 to 21 and the second Test will be played from January 25 to 29. Former U -19 and Shaheen captain Rohil Nazir have been included in the absence of young wicketkeeper batter Haseebullah’s injury.
It is understood that Mohammad Abbas was included in the Test squad after almost 3 years and he also got 10 wickets in a series of two Test matches against South Africa. Shakeel, Abrar Ahmed, Babar Azam, Imamul Haq,
