India PD defeated Pakistan PD by 5 wickets in PD Champions Trophy Sri Lanka 2025.
Colombo: In the PD Champions Trophy held in Colombo, the capital of Sri Lanka, Pakistan PD suffered a second consecutive defeat by India PD by 5 wickets. At BOI Cricket Ground, Pakistan PD captain Abdullah Ijaz won the toss and decided to bat first.
Pakistan PD Cricket Team scored 138 runs for the loss of 5 wickets in the allotted 20 overs. Wicket keeper opening batsman Saifullah scored 58 runs off 51 balls with the help of 7 fours and 1 six, Mohammad Noman played an unbeaten innings of 45 runs off 43 balls which included 1 six and 3 fours,
Ghulam Muhammad scored 13 runs with the help of 3 fours. Jithandra Envi bowled brilliantly, dismissing 3 wickets for 25 runs and Narendra Mungore took 1 wicket for 26 runs.
India PD cricket team scored 142 runs for the loss of 5 wickets in 18 overs. India PD opener Rajesh Kumar played a match winning innings of 76 runs off 52 balls with the help of 10 fours and 1 six, Nikhil Minhas hit 2 fours in 17 runs, while captain Vikrant Kenny scored 12 runs with 1 four.
