Padel, the world’s fastest-growing sport, has gained popularity in Pakistan.

The Pakistan Padel Federation (PPF) has affiliated with the International Padel Federation to promote the game. In response, the PPF organized an introductory workshop in Karachi on Sunday.

Senior Vice President, Mr. Mudassir Arain, briefed attendees on the game’s structure, rules, and international affiliation.

Mr. Arain also announced the annual calendar for 2025, featuring 8 national and 3 international events. Pakistan’s men’s and women’s teams will participate in the Asian Championship. PPF President, Mr. Mateen, attended the workshop virtually and expressed his full support for strengthening the game in the country.

Sindh Olympic Association Secretary, Mr. Ahmed Ali Rajpoot, praised the workshop, saying he had never seen such an initiative by any federation before. He wished the PPF the best of luck.”
