National Junior Girls Netball Championship 2025 Begins
The Pakistan Netball Federation (PNF) is organizing the National Junior Girls Netball Championship 2025 (School & College Level), which commenced today at the PSB Coaching Center in Karachi.
The championship is being held in collaboration with the Pakistan Sports Board and will continue until February 27, 2025. The tournament is divided into four categories: U-13, U-15, U-17, and U-19.
Mrs. Rehana Zia, the first manager of the Pakistan Women’s Netball Team and a Senior DPE, graced the opening ceremony as the chief guest. She declared the championship open in a vibrant and colorful atmosphere. The ceremony was attended by Mr. Mudassar Arain, Chairman of PNF; Mr. Muhammad Riaz, Secretary of PNF; Ms. Nuzhat; Ms. Shazia; and other dignitaries.
The opening match was played in the U-13 category between Karachi Grammar School and The City School URC. Karachi Grammar School emerged victorious with a score of 5-4 after the first extra time.

1. Habib Girls School defeated Army Public School with a score of 7-1.
*Under-15:*
1. Habib Girls School beat The City School PAF with a score of 9-1.
2. Karachi Grammar School defeated Army Public School with a score of 18-1.
*Under-17:*
1. Karachi Grammar School beat Habib Girls School with a score of 10-1.
2. The City School PAF defeated St. Joseph Girls College with a score of 10-4.
*Under-19:*
1. The City School PAF beat Elite Academy with a score of 12-4.
2. Karachi Grammar School defeated St. Joseph Girls College with a score of 12-1.
