Rawalpindi: In the 26th match of Pakistan Super League Season 10, Quetta Gladiators defeated Islamabad United by 109 runs.
Earlier, a minute’s silence was observed in memory of those martyred in the Indian attack before the match between Islamabad United and Quetta Gladiators. On this occasion,
all the players and officials observed a minute’s silence, after which the national anthem of Pakistan was played in the stadium.
In the match played at the Pindi Cricket Stadium, Quetta Gladiators, batting first, scored 263 runs for the loss of three wickets in the stipulated overs and gave Islamabad United a target of 264 runs to win.
For Quetta Gladiators, Riley Rossouw scored a century of 104 off 46 balls, his innings included 14 fours and 6 sixes, Hassan Nawaz also scored a century off 45 balls, he hit 4 fours and 9 sixes,
captain Saud Shakeel was dismissed for 23 and Finn Allen for 5 runs. For Islamabad United, Imad Wasim and Naseem Shah took one wicket each.
