Sarfaraz Ahmed Praises Quetta Gladiators Performance, Highlights Fielding as Key Difference
Quetta Gladiators team Director Sarfaraz Ahmed expressed his satisfaction over the team’s performance in a post-match press conference following their impressive win against Islamabad United.
He said that The team was picked very well, and our captain is leading from the front, The young Pakistani boys are playing excellently and showing great promise.
He pointed out that the difference between the two sides came down to fielding. Quetta’s fielding was far superior today compared to Islamabad’s, and that played a major role in the outcome.
Talking about team strategy, Sarfaraz said, that The picks were made according to our plan, and both local and international players are giving their best.
Acknowledging the venue advantage, he added, Lahore is our home ground, and we’re making the most of it.
He praised the overall standard of the tournament he said that The cricketing standard in this tournament is very high. Any team that plays better will face us in the final.
Sarfaraz also extended his gratitude to the Pakistan Cricket Board and PSL management.
