Karachi Basketball Association Elections Scheduled for 14th June 2025
Karachi, 13th June 2025 — The elections of the Karachi Basketball Association (KBA) will be held on 14th June 2025 at Faran Club, located near the National Stadium, Karachi. This was announced by Ashfaq Ahmed, Chairman of the Karachi Basketball Scrutiny Committee.
In a press statement, Mr. Ahmed confirmed that the scrutiny process of basketball clubs in Karachi has been successfully completed. “After thorough evaluation, we have finalized a list of 16 eligible clubs that meet all necessary criteria,” he stated.
Notices have been duly sent to all member clubs with voting rights, inviting them to participate in the election process. Relevant departments and authorities have also been formally informed.
Upon conclusion of the elections, a comprehensive report will be submitted to the Sports Department, Government of Sindh, Sindh Olympic association and Pakistan Basketball Federation.
