Captain and Vice-Captain Announced for Pakistan Blind Women’s Cricket Team
ISLAMABAD ; The Chairman of the Pakistan Blind Cricket Council (PBCC), Syed Sultan Shah, has announced the appointment of the captain and vice-captain for the Pakistan Blind Women’s Cricket Team ahead of the 1st Blind Women’s T20 Cricket World Cup, scheduled to take place in Sri Lanka and India from 11th to 23rd November 2025.
Nimra Rafiq has been appointed as captain, while Isha Faisal will serve as vice-captain of the national team. Nimra previously led the side during the tour of Australia, where Isha was also part of the national squad.
Nimra Rafiq has been a member of the Blind Women’s Cricket Team since 2018, representing Pakistan in five international matches, whereas Isha Faisal has featured in two international games.
