LAHORE: The chances of Pakistan cricket team’s tour of South Africa are almost over, sources said, adding that it will not be possible to hold the series in South Africa due to corona virus.
Pakistan was scheduled to travel to South Africa in September-October to play a short series, but now Graeme Smith, the director of Cricket South Africa, has ruled out an international series before November.
Smith says he is looking forward to returning to international cricket in November or later, not looking at the prospects of international cricket before November.
Smith said that the tour of West Indies has also been postponed indefinitely, it was becoming difficult to find time due to the departure of players in the IPL.
