Professor Guy Juan from France, President of the International Traditional Sports and Games Association (ITSGA), sent a special message to Tariq Javed Ali and Syed Sakhawat Ali, representatives of the TSG Pakistan. He said that the Pakistani organization has played a key role in promoting the mission of traditional sports in Asia and pays tribute to the Pakistani press for reporting on recent traditional sports activities such as the International Conference and the formation of an ad hoc committee of Asian TSGA. Appreciating the capabilities of Pakistani Urdu print media and journalists, he added that English, French, Spanish are effective means of communication but the promotion and protection of Urdu and other languages is also part of the ITSGA program under the UNESCO mission.
