Frustration Grows Among Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Sports Directorate Daily Wages Coaches over Delayed Appointments

The coaches working as daily wage earners at the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Sports Directorate are expressing their discontent with the sluggish appointment process. They reveal that they have been waiting for their appointments for three months, with promises of employment contingent on the approval of PC One.
In the meantime, the Sports Directorate has managed to hire some sports coaches of their choice, who are already receiving payments.
According to these sports coaches, they find themselves caught in the grip of unemployment during these inflationary times. Despite changes in the supervisory setup, involving the rotation of three different ministers, their appointment issue remains unresolved.
These coaches have formed a union within the Sports Directorate, where some individuals managed to secure their positions in the past. However, when these individuals faced unemployment, the union representatives remained conspicuously silent on the matter.
The situation is no different for the daily wage workers who were assured that their appointments would follow PC1 approval. However, three months have passed, and no progress has been made, exacerbating the financial hardships they face at home.
It begs the question of who will take action when the relevant authorities seem disinterested in the matter. They now call upon the caretaker provincial sports minister, Dr. Najeebullah, to take notice and address their concerns promptly.
