World Cup: New Zealand beat Netherlands by 99 runs

In the sixth match of the World Cup 2023, New Zealand defeated the Netherlands by 99 runs. In the match played in Hyderabad Deccan, the Netherlands team was bowled out for 223 runs chasing a target of 323 runs. Thanks to Colin Ackerman’s brilliant innings of 69 runs, the Netherlands team could score only 223 runs in 46.3 overs.
Netherlands captain Scott Edwards scored 30 runs and Sybrand scored 29 runs. New Zealand’s Mitchell Santner took 5 wickets, Matt Henry 3 wickets and Ravindra 1 wicket. Mitchell Santner was adjudged player of the match for his brilliant all-round performance in the match. Earlier, Netherlands won the toss and decided to field first,
then New Zealand scored 322 runs for 7 wickets in the allotted 50 overs and set a target of 323 runs against Netherlands.
New Zealand’s opener Dion Conway scored 32, Will Young 70, Richan Ravindra 51, Tom Latham 53 and Daryl Mitchell 48. New Zealand’s Galen Phillippe and Mark Champman were out with 5 runs while Mitchell Center 36 and Matt Henry remained unbeaten with 10 runs.
Aryan Dutt, Wayne McKearn and Wayne Dermerwe of the Netherlands took 2, 2 while Basdi Leda took 1 wicket. New Zealand defeated England by 9 wickets in the opening match of the event, while Pakistan defeated the
