First four-day match: Pakistan Shaheens bowled out for 258 runs against Sri Lanka A,

Rawalpindi ; Pakistan Shaheens were bowled out for 258 in their first innings on the second day of the first four-day match against Sri Lanka A, which included half-centuries from Ali Zaryab, Hussain Talat and Rohail Nazir.
Thus, Shaheens got a first innings lead of 143 runs over the visiting team. Sri Lanka A scored 77 runs for one wicket in their second innings at the end of play. Shaheens still lead by 66 runs. At the Rawalpindi Cricket Stadium,
Shaheens started their first innings on 66 runs with 2 wickets out, but on a total score of 90, Vishwa Fernando dismissed Mohammad Sulaiman and Hyder Ali on consecutive balls.
Muhammad Sulaiman scored 24 runs with the help of 4 fours. Hyder Ali could not score any runs. Shaheen’s fifth wicket fell on the score of 132 runs when Ali Zaryab scored 55 runs with the help of 5 fours and was dismissed by Vijay Sundara. Hussain Talat and Rohail Nazir added 72 runs for the sixth wicket partnership.
This partnership was ended by Nisala Tharaka dismissing Hussain Talat who scored 56 runs with the help of 5 fours. Rohail Nazir played an innings of 55 runs with the help of five fours and was dismissed by Vijay Sundara.
Left arm fast bowler Vishwa Fernando took 4 wickets for 44 runs. Vijay Sundara and Nisala Tharaka dismissed two players each. When Sri Lanka A started the second innings, they had to lose Oshada Fernando in the first over who was caught by Rohail Nazir off Khurram Shahzad for no runs.
Nippon Dhanan Jaya and Ahan Wickramasinghe took the score to 77.
Wickramasinghe is not out on 48 runs with the help of 4 fours while Dhan Jaya is at the crease on 23 runs with the help of 2 fours.
