National Hockey Championships:Defending Champions PIA lost yet another match

Defending Champions PIA lost yet another match in the Super Round of the 64th National Hockey Championships in Sukkur.

-The match between WAPDA and PIA was an interesting
and closely fought contest.WAPDA defeated the airlines 3-1

Sui Southern Gas Company, one of the strongest sides in the fray, outplayed KPK 10-0
International Mubashar Ali shone among the scorers with a hat trick while Naveed Alam and
Adeel Latif had a brace each.
Other three goals were shared by Rana Sohail, Mohammad Tauseeq and Ali Shan.

-In the match played late on Sunday, last year’s runners up National Bank of Pakistan
had an easy 7-1 win over Sui Northern Gas Pipelines Limited.
Seven players scored a goal apiece for the NBP:
Abubakr, Arslan Qadir, Dilber, brothers Faisal Qadir & Bilal Qadir, Ammad Shakeel and Aamer.
For SNGPL, Rana Waheed was the lone scorer.
