Rai Taimoor Khan Bhatti and other officals condole the death of Pakistan’s former Olympic wrestler M Afzal

LAHORE : Punjab Minister for Sports, Youth Affairs and Tourism Rai Taimoor Khan Bhatti and Director General Sports Punjab Adnan Arshad Aulakh, on Thursday, have condoled the demise of Pakistan’s former Olympic wrestler M Afzal, who died due to coronavirus in New York. Afzal, 85, was in America for the last one month. He represented Pakistan in 1964 Tokyo Olympic Games.
Punjab Minister for Sports, Youth Affairs and Tourism Rai Taimoor Khan Bhatti, in his message, lauded Afzal’s great services for the growth of wrestling game in Pakistan. Director General Sports Punjab Adnan Arshad Aulakh also showered praise on Afzal’s contributions for the game of wrestling saying that his services will be remembered for a long time. 
Condoling Afzal’s death, Punjab Minister for Sports, Youth Affairs and Tourism Rai Taimoor Khan Bhatti and Director General Sports Punjab Adnan Arshad Aulakh conveyed their heartfelt sympathies to the members of the bereaved family and prayed to Allah Almighty to grant them courage to bear this irreparable loss with equanimity.
