Kp Shines as Four Young Players Selected for Pakistan Badminton Teams!
Peshawar , Four talented badminton players from Khyber Pakhtunkhwa have been selected to represent Pakistan in upcoming tournaments, showcasing the province’s growing talent in the sport.
Double National Representation: Khyber Pakhtunkhwa boasts four players in both the Pakistan U-15 and U-17 teams.
Young Stars: Abdul Haseeb Khan and Muhammad Ayan will represent Pakistan in the U-15 category, while Qari Muhammad Umar and Fahad Ahmed will compete in the U-17 tournament.
South Isha Championship: The teams will compete in the South Isha Badminton Championship held in Islamabad from March 3rd to 7th at the Jinnah Sports Complex Liaquat Gymnasium.
International Competition: The championship features participation from India, Sri Lanka, Iran, Maldives, Nepal, Bhutan, Bangladesh, Afghanistan, and Pakistan.
KP Badminton on the Rise: The Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Badminton Association, led by officials Zafarali Sadar, Amjad Khan, and Sadaqat Shah, along with coach Hayatullah, are credited for nurturing this young talent through the Directorate of Sports’ Badminton Academy.
