In the third T20 International match between Pakistan and New Zealand played in Rawalpindi, the visiting team settled the account by winning. Both teams have tied the series at 1-1.

New Zealand won the toss and decided to field first. Pakistan scored 178 runs for the loss of 4 wickets in the allotted 20 overs. Shadab Khan was the top scorer with 41 runs.

Captain Babar Azam scored 37 runs, Saim Ayub scored 32 runs and Irfan Khan scored 30 runs. For New Zealand, Ash Sodhi took 2 wickets while Jacob Duffy and Michael Bracewell took one wicket each.

In response, the New Zealand team won the match by achieving the required target at the loss of 3 wickets. Mark Chapman played a brilliant innings of 87 not out off 42 balls. Dan Foxcroft added 31 runs and Tim Robinson added 28 runs.
