In the final, Muhammad Imad was defeated 3-0 in a one-sided match

Karachi (Sports Link) Top seed Tayyab Aslam defeated Muhammad Ammad Gul to win the ninth Jahangir Khan PSA Series Challenger Squash Tournament.

According to tournament director Naveed Alam, the five-day event, organized by Atif Wasi and Family, concluded at the Jahangir Khan Sports Club.

The final, played on Saturday, saw a forty-nine-minute contest between Sui Northern Gas Company’s Tayyab Aslam and Pakistan Air Force’s Imad Gul. Tayyab Aslam won the first game 4-11. He won the second game 6-11. Tayyab won the third game 5-11.

Chief guest Atif Wasi distributed the prizes. Squash legend Jahangir Khan was also present on the occasion. Host Jahangir Khan thanked Atif Wasi for sponsoring the tournament and also praised Naveed Alam and the officials for organizing the tournament in an excellent manner.

In the event with a prize money of three thousand dollars, the winner Tayyab Aslam was given one hundred and sixty-one thousand rupees and a trophy. While Ammad Gul was awarded one hundred and one thousand rupees and a trophy for the runner-up.

In the Under-13 Boys final, Muhammad Saim defeated Owais Sudais Paracha to become the champion. In the Masters category final, Fahad Aziz defeated Kawish Farrukh
