Wicket keeper batsman Muhammad Rizwan is likely to be made the captain of Pakistan cricket team for all three formats. Sources say that the final decision will be made by Chairman PCB Mohsin Naqvi, after consulting the coaches, mentors and selection committee.

Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) has called an important meeting on September 22 for other decisions including captaincy.

Red ball coach Jason Gillespie, white ball coach Gary Kristen, high performance coach Tim Nelson, assistant coach Azhar Mehmood and all other coaches and board officials will participate in the meeting.

And in the light of his suggestions, other important decisions are expected including the captaincy of the red ball and white ball of the national team.

Wicketkeeper-batsman Mohammad Rizwan is likely to get the captaincy of all three formats.
In this regard, an announcement is expected after the consultation and

agreement of the coaches in the meeting, while Chairman PCB Mohsin Naqvi has also clarified that the decision of the captain of the national team will be made after consultation with the coaches, mentors and selection committee.
