4th T20I: New Zealand’s second straight win, defeat Pakistan by four runs

Chasing 179 runs, the Pakistan team could only score 174 runs for the loss of eight wickets in the allotted 20 overs.

Green Shirts captain Babar Azam won the toss and decided to field first in the match at Gaddafi Stadium in Lahore on Thursday.

The Black Caps scored 178 runs for the loss of seven wickets in the allotted 20 overs. Tim Robinson scored 51 and Dan Foxcroft scored 34 runs.

Pakistan, Abbas Afridi bowled well and dismissed three players. In response, the Pakistani team scored 174 runs.

Both teams made changes for this important match. New Zealand added three new players, while four changes were made to the Pakistan team with the return of Mohammad Amir, Imad Wasim, Zaman Khan and Osama Mir.

It should be noted that the first match of the series was canceled due to rain, while in the second match, Pakistan defeated the Black Caps by seven wickets. But in the third match, New Zealand’s ‘young’ team defeated the experienced green shirts by seven wickets.

1-2 lead in the 5-match series against the Kiwis. The first T20 match of the series between Pakistan and New Zealand was abandoned due to rain.

In the second match, Pakistan defeated New Zealand by 7 wickets, while in the third match, the visiting team also won by the same margin.
