Islamabad United: “Mind Over Emotion” Speaking at the auction, Islamabad United owner Ali Naqvi expressed his immense pride as the league enters its eleventh year. He emphasized that the franchise would prioritize a “brain-led” approach over impulsive decisions. “It is natural to get emotional about players, but those who wish to grow and excel are always welcome at Islamabad United,” Naqvi stated, highlighting the team’s commitment to player development.
Quetta Gladiators: The Market Dynamics Nadeem Omar, owner of Quetta Gladiators, described returning to an auction format after ten years as an “exciting experience.” He noted that such auctions help establish a player’s true market value.
